We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Writer for our new fintech project. We need someone who's ready to help us achieve our goals and take our product to a whole new level.
What you'll do
  • Write app interface texts for push notifications, buttons, pop-ups, titles, section names, error messages, instructions, etc.
  • Work alongside designers throughout the entire design process, from wireframing to production.
  • Regularly communicate with developers to ensure you gain a perfect understanding of the product, and aptly modify technical language into user-friendly texts suitable for interfaces.
  • Develop user experience research processes focused on copy.
  • Create user scenarios with designers.
  • Offer ideas on how to improve interfaces and make them more user-friendly.
  • Create content policies, guides, glossaries, etc.
  • Develop a tone of voice that reflects the brand's personality and values.
  • Monitor the quality of the copy and ensure that it is consistent.
What we're looking for
  • Upper intermediate English proficiency or higher. Native-level fluency is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Product Editor, UX Editor or UX Writer.
  • Ability to write effective copy that is engaging, clear and concise while reflecting the company's tone of voice.
  • Knowledge of interface design principles.
  • Experience working with Figma, Jira and Miro.
  • Effective at working and communicating in a cross-functional team.
  • Knowledge of how to identify user needs and how to ease their "pain" through the means of proper UX.
  • Result oriented and able to ensure interfaces excel at their intended purpose, such as boosting engagement or retention.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and work with user feedback.
  • You're not afraid of constructive criticism and are open to suggestions.
  • Ability to correctly prioritize tasks.
