What you'll do:
  • Analyzing data to identify patterns and factors behind customer decisions
  • Building quantitative models to evaluate and optimize the platform economy
  • Coordinating monetization efforts with the Product and Marketing departments
  • Designing financial products and instruments based on data insights and feedback.
Required:
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and basic economic concepts
  • Work or study experience in data analysis using R or Python
  • Upper-intermediate English.
Desired:
  • Experience with game economy design or in-game behavior analysis
  • Understanding of behavioral economics principles and applications
  • Scholarly or work experience with derivatives or cryptocurrencies
  • Ability to explore relevant academic concepts in a work context
  • Communication and presentation skills, social competence
  • Enthusiasm towards fintech product development.
