The Monetization team is currently looking for a Quantitative Analyst with relocation to Cyprus.

In this role, you will analyze and predict trading platform users' economic behavior using quantitative methods. You will also collaborate with other teams to align our financial engineering approach with dynamic business objectives. We expect you to be open-minded about diving into novel fields of expertise and flexible in applying prior knowledge to surprising challenges.

What you'll do
  • Analyzing data to identify patterns and reasons behind customer decisions.
  • Building quantitative models to evaluate and optimize the platform economy.
  • Coordinating monetization efforts with the Product and Marketing departments.
  • Designing financial products and instruments based on data insights and feedback.
What we're looking for
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and basic economic concepts.
  • Work or study experience in data analysis using R or Python.
  • Upper-intermediate English and Russian.
Desired
  • Interest in fintech product development or economy design.
  • Understanding of behavioral economics or behavioral finance.
  • Scholarly or practical experience with derivatives or cryptocurrencies.
  • Willingness and ability to explore relevant academic literature.
  • Communication and presentation skills, social competence.
