Quantitative Analyst
> Analyze market data, spreads, volatility, liquidity, and execution quality, and derive insights from the findings
> Develop statistical, econometric models to support pricing decisions
> Identify pricing inefficiencies, arbitrage opportunities, and abnormal trading patterns
> Analyze client trading behaviour and its impact on pricing and risk
> Analyze payment and non-trading client behaviour to identify potentially fraudulent patterns
> Develop data-driven models and rules to detect payment abuse, bonus abuse, and non-trading fraud
> Investigate correlations between payment behaviour and trading behaviour
> Designing and implementing risk management systems based on identified patterns

What you'll do
> Degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
> Solid foundation in mathematics and statistics
> Proficiency in Python or R, including relevant analytical libraries
> Experience working with large datasets and time-series data
> Experience with tick-level and/or order-book data is a strong advantage
> Experience in fraud analytics, payment risk, or transactional anomaly detection is a plus
> Prior experience as a Quantitative Analyst, Data Analyst, Quant Researcher, or Risk Analyst in financial markets is beneficial
> Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights
> Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
> Excellent English and Russian communication skills, written and spoken
> Solid foundation in mathematics and statistics
> Proficiency in Python or R, including relevant analytical libraries
> Experience working with large datasets and time-series data
