> Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., service agreements, SaaS contracts, payment services agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs)
> Support corporate governance processes, including board documentation, resolutions, and statutory filings
> Assist with regulatory compliance in fintech and brokerage operations, including liaison with regulators and internal stakeholders
> Conduct legal research on corporate, financial services, data protection, and technology-related matters
> Conduct comparative legal research on licensing in different jurisdictions
> Monitor and interpret applicable legislation and regulatory updates affecting group activities.
> Support licensing processes, renewals, and ongoing compliance obligations
> Collaborate with internal departments (compliance, risk, operations, product, marketing) on legal matters
> Assist in handling disputes, claims, and external counsel coordination where required

What you'll do
> Law degree (LLB or equivalent); LLM will be considered an advantage
> 0–2 years of relevant experience (law firm or in-house exposure to corporate, financial services, or technology sectors preferred)
> Basic understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services and fintech
> Familiarity with MiFID II, AML/KYC frameworks, and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) is advantageous
> Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
> High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
> Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (Greek or Russian) considered an advantage
> Competency in standard office tools and legal research resources.
